Can I cancel my Pro subscription any time?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings in two clicks. You'll keep Pro access until the end of the billing period and we'll never auto-renew without reminding you by email.

Do you offer refunds?

Do you store my resume data?

Your resume data is stored in our database so you can come back and edit it. We never sell your data, never train third-party models on it, and never share it with recruiters without your explicit consent.

Is my data sent to AI providers?

Only the text you explicitly submit to a specific AI feature (e.g., the Chinese paragraph you paste into Bilingual Transcribe) is sent to the AI provider to generate your result. We don't send your full resume unless you ask an AI feature to work on it.
